Wind Power Equipment Transport Lowbed Trailer

1. Length Extendable wind blade trailer For normal transporting on the road. depends on different length of wind blades,trailer could make 3 steering axles ,or 4 steering axles ,wind blade trailer could be made 15m-23m before extendable , and extend to 45m-78mters during wind blades semi trailer working.

2. Wind blade adapter For mountain region transporting

Comparing with telescopic extension wind blade trailer ,The rotation wind turbine blade adapter can raise, swing, and rotate the blades. It can avoid various obstacles such as trees, mountains, and wires on the way, effectively solve the problem of wind power blade transportation in mountain areas, and directly grasp the wind blades by the hydraulic power station .Hold in mid-air to transport a longer wind blade(more than 75meters) with a shorter length. In the case of high wind, the blades can rotate 360 degrees to avoid the wind, and participate in the balance through the counterweight to ensure transportation safety.

3.Torsion – resistan of side beam and Main Beam are with “I” high strengh steel. more durable than normal trailer steel , ensure low bed trailer driving stability and handle bed roads.

4.Steel Plate reinforcement on low bed trailer gooseneck, the width of gooseneck is 360mm. This design can improve the loading capacity to 120 tons .

5.Heavy duty type ramp: manganese plate butt welding, This design that ensure the ramp support the heavy duty marchine safely.

6.Stability when loading heavy duty marchine. low bed trailer can equipped with extra legs on the rear of trailer. This ensures loading machines more safety.
