Widely used in automotive logistics, dealerships, and rental services, these trailers optimize space while ensuring secure transportation of vehicles over short or long distances.
Two-tier design: Upper and lower decks for doubling load capacity.
Adjustable decks: Hydraulic or mechanical systems to raise/lower decks for loading/unloading.
Lightweight yet durable: Built with high-strength steel or aluminum for reduced weight and increased payload.
Safety systems: Wheel chocks, tie-down straps, and hydraulic locks to secure vehicles.
Compliance: Meets road safety and dimension regulations (e.g., height/width limits).

Loading Process
Lower deck: Vehicles are driven or winched onto the fixed lower deck.
Upper deck: Hydraulic systems lift the upper deck to create clearance. Once the lower deck is loaded, the upper deck is lowered, and vehicles are loaded onto it.
Deck Adjustment
Hydraulic cylinders extend to raise the upper deck vertically, creating space for lower-deck access.
Some designs use pivoting arms or sliding mechanisms for deck positioning.
Vehicle Securing
Wheel chocks and ratchet straps are attached to tires and chassis points to immobilize vehicles.
Hydraulic locks stabilize the upper deck during transit.
Weight Distribution
The trailer’s design ensures even weight distribution across axles to prevent overloading and maintain stability.
Unloading
Reverse process: Upper deck is lifted, vehicles are unloaded, followed by the lower deck
